After having our lives irreversibly changed at a Boot Camp event in Colorado lead by the original Ransomed Heart/Wild At Heart team, we knew we had to see this message of freedom multiplied by bringing this experience to men in Minnesota and the Midwest region. David Ellis

David has lived in Minnesota for 18 years and is married (to Jan) & father of a blended family of three sons & one princess.  Co-founder of Heart Revolution, David's background and training includes participating in many events hosted by John Eldredge and his Ransomed Heart Ministry team, including their Advanced Leadership training, and has served in various capacities supporting Ransomed Heart Ministries (www.ransomedheart.com). David has also served as an "honorary" Canadian, having worked with a team of men from British Columbia, Canada, hosting Canadian boot camp events. David's passion is to wake men up to experience life-impacting, catalystic events that bring "irreversible change" to their lives just like he has experienced.  David is one of the main presenters at the Boot Camp.  You can contact him at david@heartrevolution.com.

Terry Pernsteiner
Terry has a very intriguing background and one of the most interesting life stories around.  He has worked as a steeplejack (you know those crazy guys who climb the towers to change the light bulbs at the very top), a janitor, a factory worker, a cross-country trucker, a small business owner and is now a successful local developer and, on the side, is the guy who sets up the teams' locker room for NFL games at the Dome.  Terry is married (to Melissa) with two sons and a daughter and is a talented musician.  Terry's life was impacted thru a Wild at Heart boot camp and has attended their Advanced Leadership training. Terry's perspective and ability to jump right past the b.s. brings a unique, contagious enthusiasm to the team.  He will be serving in critical support roles and sharing some of his story at the boot camp (as well as his affection for a really good cigar around a fire).  You can contact him at terry@heartrevolution.com.

Paul Johnson
Paul, our resident Audio/Visual man, has a heart and a passion that is as large as his 6 foot plus frame.  Paul is married (to Loni) and the father of a teenage daughter and two sons and although he can usually be found behind the sound board at Heart Revolution events, he is our eyes and ears for more than music and movie clips... he can see the needs of others and can hear God's voice in how to proceed.  With the hands of a servant and the heart of a warrior, Paul has a deep enthusiasm for reaching the hearts of men through the message of Wild at Heart.  Paul is one of the main presenters and will be sharing some of his story at the Boot Camp.  And if anyone gets out of hand, Paul is also our official "Bouncer".  Believe us... you want Paul on YOUR side.  You can contact him at paul@heartrevolution.com.

Jon "Rusty" Rusterholtz
Rusty has been married (to Jean) for 24 years and has two grown children (and 7 grandkids).  In additon to his deep love of riding his motorcycle and walleye fishing (he actually used to compete in tournaments), Rusty is a talented auto mechanic by trade and has been heavily involved in reaching out to men needing help through various missions and organizations for the past several years.  As literally one of the first men in Minnesota to venture out to the Colorado-based Wild at Heart boot camp several years ago, Rusty has first hand experience, and seen in numbers of other men, the life-changing message of Freedom, and has brought that passion and insight to the Heart Revolution team.  You will see Rusty serving in various critical support roles at the camp and you can contact him directly at rusty@heartrevolution.com.

Tom McLellan
Tom has been married (to Dee) for 26+ years and they have two teenage daughters.  Tom owned a lighting company for 20 years and within the last 10 years has become a talented videographer with his current company, Broadsword Services.  Tom has enthusiactically led many men through the Wild at Heart DVD Series both in his home as well as at his church.  Tom ventured to Colorado alone to attend a Wild at Heart boot camp, which became another pivotal point in his life.  Tom's passion and calling continues to be... to lead men to freedom- to "heal the broken-hearted and set the captives free." Randy Lohse
Randy is a Minnesota native and has been married (to Lisa) for 26+ years and has two beautiful daughters. In 2003, Randy experienced God in a way he never imagined during a boot camp event and ever since has been on a search to find other men that have a hunger for discovering passionate and free Life.  Over the past 3 years, Randy has co-led several small groups and coached many "like-hearted" men to walk together in this journey.  Randy has a passionate love for Life and helping others discover and then live in their true identity and purpose. In addition to the Men's Core Team, we have an outstanding group of individuals who take care of a myriad details before and after the boot camp.  These special people are Jan Ellis and Dee McLellan.  We couldn't do what we do without them.

Boot Camp Work Crew
In addition to the Men's Core Team, for every event, we offer several interested and available alumni a spot on the Work Crew.  This crew helps out with critical activities from parking assistance, loading/unloading gear, setting up/manning the Resource Table, and much more AND are able to fully participate in the boot camp.  If you are an alumni and are interested in being on the Work Crew, please send your name, phone and best time to contact to info@heartrevolution.com and we will be in touch to discuss.
