We want anyone with a desire to attend to be able to.  Unfortunately, we are a small mission and none of us has won the lottery, and we have to cover our costs. 

Yet we firmly believe two things:

   - If God intends for you to attend, He will make a way. 

   - Every advance comes with some type of sacrifice.  Perhaps  

     even a financial one…

We don’t know your situation, and if you are reading this, it is likely that you find yourself wanting to go but wondering how to pay.  We certainly aren’t trying to sound flippant or harsh, but we truly believe that God is big enough to take care of this area for you.  So… ask Him to.

Here is how our scholarship process works.  We basically ask that you come up with at least half of the cost (based on the rate when you register) and we will attempt to cover the other half through donations we receive to our scholarship fund. We do this (as opposed to the entire amount) for two reasons:

First, our scholarship funds are very limited each boot camp and we want to be able to help as many men to be able to attend.  So to help stretch out these funds as far as possible, we cover only half for each man that requests it.

Secondly, through our experience with this scholarship fund, we have found that men need to have some 'skin in the game' for this event to be as profound as it can be.

So if you desire to proceed, here are the steps:

1. Please fill out our Attendee Information form.  This gets us your information which will help in the rest of the process. It is at www.heartrevolution.com\attendee.html. In the line for your name, after filling in your name, please add “-scholarship request” on that same line and that will give a heads up to our registration coordinator.

2. Please send an email to registration@heartrevolution.com with a short description of your situation, any recommendations from former attendees and your current plan/ability to come up with your half of the finances.

3. We will take your information and request and pray for you for finances to cover as well as for guidance for our decisions on our scholarship funds.

4.  Four weeks before the event, we take all the scholarship requests that we have received, and based on available scholarship funds at that time, decide who we will offer these funds to, based on the following criteria:

          - Financial Need

          - When you applied

- Recommendation from former attendee(s)

- Donated funds given for a specific individual

- Guidance from God

5.  Between now and then, take the time to raise the funds, either from your own pocket or from help that you may solicit from others (if you are able to get specific donations from others, they can either send the money to us and we will earmark it for you, or they can of course just deal direct with you. Your call.) and time for us to get donations to cover all the requests that we have received. 

6.  When decisions are made, we will contact all the men who have requested assistance and let them know if funds are available to cover the other half of their fee.  They then have one week to get their half of the registration fee sent in.  If they are unable to do so, we will offer it to the next man on the “waiting list” and so on, until all the scholarship funds are exhausted. 

Hopefully this all makes sense to you, so if you want to proceed (and we hope you do), please complete steps 1 and 2 above to get the ball rolling. 

We know that it may take sacrific for you to attend the boot camp, but trust us, it will be worth it.
