Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration up to 45 days prior to the event and receive a full refund of your registration fee. You may cancel your registration less than 45 days but up to 20 days prior to the date of the event and receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $100.00 fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 20 days prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event or date.

To cancel, please email Registration@HeartRevolution.com with your Name, Address, Date of Event and reason for cancellation.  You may also submit your cancellation in writing to Heart Revolution, 3500 Vicksburg Lane N. Ste#222, Plymouth, MN 55447.  We will consider the cancellation date the date and time your email arrives in our email account or the date postmarked on your envelope and refund any registration fees, minus any application handling fees, within 10 business days, to the original credit card used for purchase or via check if paid in cash or check.

Cancellation by Heart Revolution

If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full Heart Revolution event registration fee to you.
