Cancellation by Attendee
By registering, you are agreeing to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
Full payment is required at the time your registration is made for this event.
If you cancel your registration:
- More than 30 days prior to the start date of the event, you’ll receive a full refund of your registration.
- From 15 to 30 days prior to the start date of the event, you’ll receive a refund of your registration minus a $100.00 fee.
- Less than 15 days prior to the start date of the event, you’ll forfeit the entire registration fee.
Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event or date.
To cancel, please email Registration@HeartRevolution.com with your Name, Address, Date of Event with the subject line of “CANCEL REGISTRATION”.
You may also submit your cancellation in writing to Heart Revolution, 3500 Vicksburg Lane N. Ste#222, Plymouth, MN 55447.
We will consider the cancellation date the date and time your email arrives in our email account or the date postmarked on your envelope and refund any registration fees, minus any application handling fees, within 10 business days, to the original credit card used or via check.
Cancellation by Heart Revolution
If the event is made impossible by any “act of God”, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full Heart Revolution event registration fee to you.
